First pic is a clear and intentional hoax, but second shot with KLM plane is genuine. This is from Princess Juliana Airport at St Maarten (Dutch Antilles). The runway begins immediately after the beach, as the area has a very limited distance for take offs and landings. The are dozens of youtube videos showing various landings here.

You're right the second pic, about KLM in St. Maarten's Princess Juliana, isn't photoshopped, when airplanes take off here, it is very dangerous since the force from the airplane's engine can throw you towards the beach and you may drown...
