Time Traveler Caught on Video?

Ok so I recently stumbled upon this video which has quickly gained ground since since mid October of this year. The video and numerous people recently have claimed that it appears one of the actors in this 1928 film of Chaplin's Circus to be holding/talking of some type of cell phone of some sort. But given that its from 1928 that's obviously not possible. Or is it really a time traveler caught up in this film by accident. You decide.
